The cartridge got a shut of float keeping ink at a constant level in the cartridge.
Thanks to mechanical float control type, the ink level can be controlled as precisely as 0.001g
to supply ink at constant level in the cartridge.
Since no electronic control device or automatic and manual valve is required, there is no ink overflow or failure.
The outlet on the 2 L. bottle got a shut off valve, so you can disconnect bottle from the tube,
during printing and take it to a safe room for refilling.
The tube that you mount on the refill cartridge you can have in any length.
It also got a shut of valve that connects to the 2 L bottle so it is safe at all times to take the bottle away.

Steam Digital Textile Printing Fixation

Did you see the Steamer fixation unit at ITMA stand DF16 - 14B

In a word first, the Steam-X has revolutionised the digital inkjet printing industry. The Steam-X
is the missing link that has allowed for the continous inkjet printing and curing of fabrics. Extremely
versatile, the Steam-X cures fabric printed with any type of printing dyes, i.e. acid, disperse and
reactive dyes. The Steam-X features a fabric feed-in machanism, with edge control alignment, that
feeds fabric directly into an injektprinter. The stainless stell steam chamber has automatic steam and
temperature contoll. The max temperature is 180 grad.

Fabric re-winder

This unit could handle natural fibre fabrics (reactive dyes), silk fabrics (acid dyes) and polyester
fabrics (disperse dyes) using the same unit without any additional changes.

The selection of the type of the fabric on the control panel will automatically adjust the
temperature and steam temperature for the selected procedure.

The steam chamber is double walled and is fully insulated to minimize any heat loss.

Included is a steam generator with a steam boiler, 20l water tank with water level sensor,
steam regulation and automatic condensate recirculation.

The steam heating and regulation are controlled via a digital temperature controller situated
on the electrical cabinet

Fabric re-winder can accommodate rolls up to 200 mm diameter and includes automatic speed
control, which is regulated by a "dancing" bar.

All functions of the Steam-x are controlled by PLC with programmable terminal in auto and
manual mode. The control panel is located in easy to reach position.

The entire unit is mounted on swivel wheels.

PreCoat -X

The PreCoat-X is a machine, which provides normal textiles with a coating for InkJet digital textile printing.
Different materials such as cotton, silk, viscose, polyester, etc. can be processed problem-free.
The PreCoat-X draws the material up in and sprays a fine layer coating .
In the machine the material is dried and rolled up afterwards. The entire operational sequence is fully automatic steered.

If you want to coat your own fabric suitable for digital printing then this Fabric Coating
machine is for you The Precoat-X is an all in one fabric coating system. The coating system includes
feeder, spraying unit, an infra red drying oven and a batching unit.
The fabric feeder accommodates roll of fabric up to 250 mm in diameter. The fabric automatically
unwound and aligned with edge controller. The facric coating is applied by spraying coating mixture
onto the fabric using 2 spray guns. The oven for drying is regulated with a digital temerature
controller. The fabric is automaticaly wound back into rolls in a batching unit.
